Private training
About: Workout with a kinesiologist based on the person's specific goals in one of our clinics or in the comfort of their own home. The kinesiologist performs a physical assessment to determine the person's strengths and weaknesses. An adapted training program is then created according to the person's specific objectives. The kinesiologist gives the recipe for achieving the objectives and is there to guide and encourage people to optimize results.
Semi-private training
About: Fitness session in a small group of 2 to 4 people with a kinesiologist. Offers a more economical approach while maintaining a certain degree of personalization with guidance and encouragement from a member of our team.
